Return & Replacement Policy

At MotoMod, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist you with replacements in the event of:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us at motomod24@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Photo or video proof of the issue is required.
  • Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

 

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect fit, or product dislike.
