Return & Replacement Policy
At MotoMod, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist you with replacements in the event of:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items received
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must contact us at motomod24@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Photo or video proof of the issue is required.
- Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect fit, or product dislike.
